Dr. Caitlin Verhalen
Dr. Verhalen joined the Newton Veterinary team in February of 2018. She was born and raised in New Jersey most of her life. She received her BS in Biology and graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in January 2018 after completing her clinical year at Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine in Indiana. Her veterinary interests include preventative medicine and dermatology.
When she is not working or spending time with her own dogs, Dr. Verhalen enjoys being with her family and friends, especially cooking at home with everyone. Dr. Verhalen takes any chance to get outdoors for hikes or long runs around her neighborhood.
